Title: White Barbecue Sauce
Categories: Bbq Ethnic Poultry Sauce
Yield: 2 1-2 cups

1 1/2cReduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2c; water
1/4cWhite wine vinegar
1/4cLemon juice
2tbSugar
2tbFreshly ground pepper
2tbWhite wine
1 Worcestershire sauce

: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a wire whisk to blend thoroughly. : Divide sauce into separate containers for basting and serving at the table. (Basting brushes used on raw food should not be dipped into table sauce.) Use as a basting sauce and condiment for chicken. Be sure to refrigerate leftover table sauce, and discard any remaining basting sauce. Yield: 2-1/2 cups.
